Trainetic Solutions ("we", "us", "our") handles your health and biometric information with the highest regard for privacy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are the sole owner of your data and responsible for its accuracy.

02 Strict AI Non-Training Policy

"Your body, your data, your privacy."

We unequivocally state that your personal health metrics, biometric data, food logs, and workout history are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or calibrate any AI models or machine learning algorithms. Your data remains isolated in your private account.

03 Infrastructure & Third-Party Disclosure

We utilize industry-leading third-party providers (Supabase and Vercel) for data storage and hosting. While we ensure these providers meet global security standards, you acknowledge that:

Third-Party Liability: Trainetic Solutions is not liable for data breaches, service interruptions, or security failures occurring within third-party infrastructure.
International Transfer: Your data may be processed in regions outside your home country. By using the Service, you provide irrevocable consent for these transfers.

04 Security Disclaimer

While we implement TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. We provide no warranty of absolute security. In the event of a security breach, our liability is strictly limited to the notification requirements mandated by applicable law.

05 Private Access Architecture

Your health data can ONLY be viewed by you through your authenticated account. Restricted access for our senior technical team is granted ONLY for resolving critical system failures or documented development troubleshooting that directly impacts your account.

06 Data Portability & Erasure

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we purge all personal identifiers from our production systems within 30 days. Trainetic Solutions is not liable for any loss of information resulting from your decision to delete your account.

07 Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated version within the Service. Your continued use of the Service following these changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

10 Health Data, Sensor Telemetry & Activity Disclosures

To deliver accurate fitness insights, step counts, and dashboard summaries, Trainetic accesses and processes physical tracking telemetry:

Pedometer & Sensor Telemetry: With your explicit permission, the application requests access to your device's Physical Activity sensors and hardware pedometer to automatically record, aggregate, and display your daily step metrics.
Calorie & Nutrition Logging: We collect user-provided food inputs, calorie metrics, and optional food photo attachments (uploaded securely to private database storage buckets) to compile your daily nutritional summaries.
Data Retention: All activity tracking log history remains associated strictly with your secure, authenticated account and can be purged instantly by choosing to delete your account inside the app settings.

11 Google Play Health Connect Integration & Limited Use

Trainetic integrates with Android's secure local Health Connect ecosystem to synchronize your activity metrics:

Read/Write Access: If you explicitly opt-in and authorize Health Connect inside the app, Trainetic will request permission to read and/or write fitness data (specifically daily step counts and active energy burned) from the local device storage.
Policy Adherence: Trainetic's use of information received from Health Connect adheres strictly to the Google Play Developer Program Policy - Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the strict Limited Use requirements.
No Third-Party Sharing: We unequivocally do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose any physical activity telemetry, step-tracking details, calorie data, or Health Connect biometrics to third-party advertising companies, brokers, or marketing networks. All metrics are processed on-device and stored securely in your isolated database container to generate your weekly routine rollups.
